Return Policy
Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping to and from your delivery address as well as a 15% restocking fee. Notice: Free shipping does NOT apply to returns, so please be aware that if you return a product/s our actual outbound shipping as well as return freight costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. If an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as well as restocking fees.

All returned products must be in original condition, original packaging; otherwise, additional charges will be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or you may have modified.

Shipping Policy

In stock items will ship within 5-7 business days.  Transit time will vary on the method of delivery.  You will receive a tracking # when your order ships.  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Do not hesitate to contact us if you notice that something seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. We have several standard methods of shipment available: Small Parcel or Threshold truck delivery.

Small Parcel method - (for smaller items) FEDEX is the preferred carrier. No signature is required unless requested. Upon opening your purchase, if you find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge.

Threshold Delivery method - (for larger items) the driver delivers your order inside your residence, across the “threshold”. Your product will be delivered to the first inside room closest to the entry doorway. The product will not be carried up stairs inside the home. If your residence is above the first floor of a building, we recommend calling us to verify if any additional fees will be incurred.

a)    Appointments for threshold delivery:  When your order arrives at the delivery agent closest to your home or office, you will be contacted for a delivery appointment. The appointment is typically a 2- to 4-hour window, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. After hours, weekend, or holidays delivery is available. Please contact us for information on after hours delivery.


b)    Inspection upon delivery: Furniture Soure USA and it's partners are not responsible for goods damaged by the delivery company.  You MUST inspect the product and any packaging you see for defects / damage at the time of delivery. If there is any damage to either the product or the package, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED” and note this detail on the form that the delivery company asks you to sign.


c)    Assembly Service: The product will not be assembled by the delivery company.  The product will be left in the original packaging. If assembly is necessary, please contact us to discuss the assembly service options and costs.


d)    Additional fees incurred: Furniture Source USA reserves the right to charge additional fees based on any and all of the above "not included" instances. Fees start at a minimum of $50.00 per instance, and will be calculated based upon all circumstances. Deliveries to locations that require transport over waterways will be charged $250.00 fee after checkout. Furniture Source USA will send each customer a post-delivery email with "not included" services and fees that may have incurred at the time of delivery.


e)    Examples of additional fees: Deliveries on weekends or holidays, storage of merchandise beyond 7 calendar days, obstructed delivery paths, additional waiting time at time of delivery, relocation, removal of items not part of delivery process, missed appointments, cancelled appointments with less than 24-hour’s notice, deliveries to zip codes that require transportation by boat or ferry, refusal of non-damaged merchandise, and/or additional flights of stairs. If you require services "not included" in Threshold Delivery and would like to upgrade a more thorough level of delivery service, you may consult with Furniture Source USA service specialist prior to placing an order to receive a cost estimate. Please call us toll free at 1-888-845-8450 or submit a custom quote request. For an accurate quote, please provide as much detail of your delivery needs and/or circumstance.


NOTICE: If any of the provisions of this Agreement are found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of the Agreement as a whole.

Furniture Source USA reserves the right to modify the this Agreement without prior notice.
